Project Description
For this responsibility, Muhammad Ardhin is responsible to manage the asset and project processing of over 800 Landing Pages (we call it Prospect Portal, a Sales Conversation Tool) meant to educate Prospects with contents with the help of writers and the creative team for the set up.

This responsibility requires Muhammad Ardhin to coordinate resources from various teams, handles customer support and at times technical support for internal customers, and create training materials and educate internal customers (Sales, mostly). Ardhin is also responsible for system integration with Marketo and Salesforce.

 –Adapts and configures legacy systems, tools, and processes for new ways of working and new regulations – for those systems, tools, and processes that cannot be deactivated yet.
